  • Clients must only refer and work with individuals they personally know and fully trust.
  • The Client assumes full responsibility for the actions of any person they introduce or work with through our platform.

Liability for Loss

  • In the event that a referred individual mishandles, withholds, or absconds with funds, the Client is fully liable.
  • The Client agrees to reimburse any such losses in full within 14 (fourteen) days of the incident.

Proof of Ownership & Transparency

  • All participants must be able to provide valid proof of account ownership, including but not limited to:
    • Screenshots
    • Screen recordings or videos
  • Proof must be provided upon request, especially before and after any transaction.

Transaction Authorization

  • All financial transactions must strictly follow the directions provided by the platform administrator.
  • No independent or unauthorized transactions are permitted outside of given instructions.

Communication Requirements

  • All work and coordination must take place within the designated WhatsApp group or approved communication channels.
  • Clear communication and agreement must be established before any transaction is initiated.

Availability & Work Schedule

  • All participants must:
    • Clearly communicate their availability and working hours.
    • Provide at least 30 minutes' notice before going offline or becoming unavailable.

Compliance

  • Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.
  • Any misuse of the platform may result in immediate termination of access.
